Certain cells in the skin can be stimulated to produce collagen, elastin and special enzymes, which are necessary to improve the skin’s structure. This process, which takes place in the walls of the small blood vessels, has a skin firming effect, boosts the skin’s oxygen intake, and its detoxification. Moisture absorption and the skin’s ability to store moisture are improved. Regeneration and strengthening of the collagen network are boosted with light waves at a wavelength of around 633nm.
Treatment duration: Begin with 10 min., then increase to 15-20 min.
Special ingredients – Collagens: Are the most important component of the connective tissue and are comprised of extremely fine fibres which are interlaced like ropes. They provide the skin with elasticity and firmness. The connective tissue is of elementary significance for the organism and serve as hold system, connective system, protective system, information system, transport system and supply system. During our lifetime old collagen fibres in the dermis are constantly replaced with new ones. As we get older this process diminishes, however, and the collagen fibres present become porous and thin out. Lines and wrinkles form on the skin, primarily in the face and décolleté area. The skin loses its elasticity.
Trylagen: Trylagen is a combination of active peptides and proteins, which can combat depletion caused by the ageing process and the diminishing quality of the skin’s own collagen. It acts on collagen via three different phases:
1. Collagen boosting
2. Collagen organisation
3. Collagen protection
Cosmetic benefits: Selectively boosts the synthesis of collagen types I, III and IV. Guarantees the correct organisation of the collagen network. Protects the collagen from decreased production as we age. It helps maintain the collagen quantity and quality and this is translated on a macroscopic level into a noticeable anti-wrinkle effect.
Hyaluron: Hyaluron is a sugar-related molecule of the connective tissue which is naturally produced in the body and stores water. The external addition of hyaluronic acids can reduce wrinkle formation, resulting in a smoother complexion. Hyaluronic acids are linked via hydrogen bridges with the keratin of the skin, and during evaporation a slight tension occurs, which can magic away fine little wrinkles. An additional effect is a slight padding at the base of the wrinkle.
Ceramides: Form a natural barrier in the corneal layer of the skin, which protects it from drying out and prevents the penetration of impurities. Ceramides improve the moisture retention capacity of the skin, so that dry skin wrinkles are visibly alleviated.
Effect: The skin’s own collagen production is intensively stimulated. The collagen fibres reorganise themselves into a firm structure. The surface of the skin becomes softer and smoother, the contours firmer and tighter. The skin is supplied in the long-term with moisturising and hygroscopic ingredients. Reduces visible signs of skin ageing.
