Returns Policy

  • Unwanted items must be returned in an as new condition and unopened.
  • In the interests of health and safety we are not able to accept exchanges or process refunds where the product seal has been broken or the product has been consumed by the customer.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are suitably packaged and safely returned to HomeTanning, preferably by recorded delivery in order that proof of delivery can be obtained if goods go missing or are damaged in transit.
  • Unwanted sunbeds will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • HomeTanning will not credit postage on return of unwanted goods.
